Description

Buttery graham cracker bars layered with rich caramel and topped with smooth melted chocolate and toffee bits


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups crushed graham crackers
  • 1 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
  • 1 cup toffee bits


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking dish with parchment paper
  2. Mix crushed graham crackers with melted butter until combined
  3. Press mixture firmly into the baking dish to form a crust
  4. In a saucepan combine butter brown sugar and condensed milk then pour over crust and sprinkle toffee bits
  5. Bake for 20 minutes until caramel is bubbling
  6. Remove and spread chocolate chips over the top allowing them to melt then smooth evenly
  7. Cool completely then slice and serve

Notes

  • Let bars cool completely before slicing
  • Use parchment paper for easy removal
  • Chill slightly for cleaner cuts
