- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add diced onion and sliced mushrooms. Cook for 6 to 8 minutes until softened and golden.
- Stir in garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Add sliced chicken and cook for 6 to 7 minutes until fully cooked and lightly browned.
- In a bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt and chicken broth until smooth.
- Reduce heat to low and slowly stir the yogurt mixture into the skillet.
