Instructions
- Lightly dust a sheet of parchment paper with powdered sugar.
- Place the gum base and corn syrup into a microwave-safe bowl.
- Microwave in short 15-second intervals, stirring each time, until fully melted and smooth.
- Stir in the bubble gum flavoring, citric acid, and food coloring until evenly combined.
- Gradually mix in powdered sugar until a soft dough begins to form.
- Transfer the mixture onto the powdered sugar-coated parchment paper.
- Knead gently while still warm until smooth and stretchy.
- Roll the gum into ropes or flatten slightly.
- Cut into small bite-sized pieces.
- Wrap individual pieces in wax paper and serve.
