- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 green onions, sliced

Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium high heat.
- In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, cornstarch, and water.
- Add olive oil to the skillet.
- Add sliced beef in a single layer and cook for 2 to 3 minutes per side until browned.
- Pour the sauce into the skillet and simmer for 3 to 5 minutes until thickened and glossy.
- Top with green onions and sesame seeds.
- Serve hot over rice or noodles.
