Creamy garlic mushroom chicken that is rich, comforting, and perfectly keto-friendly.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 250 grams mushrooms sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley


Instructions

  1. Heat skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season chicken with salt and pepper.
  3. Add olive oil and butter to skillet.
  4. Sear chicken until golden and set aside.
  5. Cook mushrooms and garlic until soft.
  6. Add cream and parmesan, stir well.
  7. Return chicken and simmer until cooked.
  8. Garnish with parsley and serve.

Notes
