- 4 chicken thighs
- 250 grams mushrooms sliced
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
Instructions
- Heat skillet over medium heat.
- Season chicken with salt and pepper.
- Add olive oil and butter to skillet.
- Sear chicken until golden and set aside.
- Cook mushrooms and garlic until soft.
- Add cream and parmesan, stir well.
- Return chicken and simmer until cooked.
- Garnish with parsley and serve.
