- 250 grams Lotus Biscoff biscuits, crushed
- 100 grams unsalted butter, melted
- 400 ml heavy cream
- 200 grams cream cheese, softened
- 80 grams powdered sugar
- 200 grams Lotus Biscoff spread, slightly melted
Instructions
- Prepare your serving dish and tools.
- Mix crushed biscuits with melted butter until evenly combined.
- Press the mixture firmly into the base of your dish.
- Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- In another bowl, mix cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth.
- Fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture gently.
- Spread the cream layer evenly over the biscuit base.
- Slightly warm the Biscoff spread and pour over the top layer.
- Smooth the surface and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Serve chilled and enjoy.

- Chill overnight for best texture
