Description

A creamy and crunchy no bake dessert layered with Lotus Biscoff biscuits, smooth cream filling, and rich caramel spread.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 250 grams Lotus Biscoff biscuits, crushed
  • 100 grams unsalted butter, melted
  • 400 ml heavy cream
  • 200 grams cream cheese, softened
  • 80 grams powdered sugar
  • 200 grams Lotus Biscoff spread, slightly melted


Instructions

  1. Prepare your serving dish and tools.
  2. Mix crushed biscuits with melted butter until evenly combined.
  3. Press the mixture firmly into the base of your dish.
  4. Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  5. In another bowl, mix cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth.
  6. Fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture gently.
  7. Spread the cream layer evenly over the biscuit base.
  8. Slightly warm the Biscoff spread and pour over the top layer.
  9. Smooth the surface and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  10. Serve chilled and enjoy.

Notes

  • Chill overnight for best texture
  • Use cold cream for better whipping
  • Warm Biscoff spread slightly for easy spreading
