Description

A refreshing tropical limeade made with sweet lychee, fresh lime juice, cooling mint, and plenty of ice. This bright and flavorful drink is perfect for warm days, parties, or anytime you need a refreshing citrus boost.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup canned lychee fruits, drained
  • 1/2 cup lychee syrup
  • 3/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 3 cups cold water
  • 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 3 tablespoons honey or sugar
  • 2 cups ice cubes
  • 1 lime, thinly sliced


Instructions

  1. Chill serving glasses in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
  2. In a large pitcher, combine fresh lime juice, lychee syrup, honey or sugar, and cold water.
  3. Lightly clap the mint leaves between your hands and add them to the pitcher.
  4. Add drained lychee fruits, lime slices, and ice cubes.
  5. Stir gently for about 1 minute until well combined.
  6. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
  7. Pour into chilled glasses and garnish with extra mint and lime slices before serving.

Notes

  • Use freshly squeezed lime juice for the best flavor.
  • Add sparkling water before serving for a fizzy version.
  • Do not over stir the mint to avoid bitterness.
