Soft, fruity mango peelable gummies made with real mango puree, naturally sweetened and packed with tropical flavor.
Ingredients

- 2 cups ripe mango puree
- 4 tablespoons unflavored gelatin
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions
- Prepare silicone molds or lightly grease a shallow dish.
- Bloom gelatin in water for 5 minutes.
- Add mango puree, honey, and lemon juice to a saucepan.
- Whisk in the bloomed gelatin.
- Heat gently over medium-low heat until smooth, do not boil.
- Pour into molds or dish and smooth the surface.
- Refrigerate for 3 hours until firm.
- Peel, slice, and serve.
Notes
- Use ripe mangoes for the best flavor.
- Do not boil the mixture.
- Store refrigerated in an airtight container.
- Freeze for longer storage.
