Description

Soft, fruity mango peelable gummies made with real mango puree, naturally sweetened and packed with tropical flavor.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups ripe mango puree
  • 4 tablespoons unflavored gelatin
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup water


Instructions

  1. Prepare silicone molds or lightly grease a shallow dish.
  2. Bloom gelatin in water for 5 minutes.
  3. Add mango puree, honey, and lemon juice to a saucepan.
  4. Whisk in the bloomed gelatin.
  5. Heat gently over medium-low heat until smooth, do not boil.
  6. Pour into molds or dish and smooth the surface.
  7. Refrigerate for 3 hours until firm.
  8. Peel, slice, and serve.

Notes

  • Use ripe mangoes for the best flavor.
  • Do not boil the mixture.
  • Store refrigerated in an airtight container.
  • Freeze for longer storage.
