- 300 grams ground beef
- 150 grams shredded cheese
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 large egg
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- oil for frying
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Mix ground beef, cheese, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika in a bowl.
- Shape the mixture into small balls.
- Fry in batches until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Do not overcrowd the pan.
- Use medium heat for even cooking.
- Seal balls well to prevent cheese leakage.
