Description

A crunchy buttery toffee layered with chocolate, nuts, and caramel bits


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups milk chocolate chips
  • 1 cup chopped almonds
  • 1 cup Skor bar pieces


Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  2. Melt butter, sugar, and salt in a saucepan over medium heat
  3. Stir constantly until mixture turns golden and thick
  4. Pour onto baking sheet and spread evenly
  5. Sprinkle chocolate chips and let melt
  6. Spread chocolate evenly and top with almonds and Skor pieces
  7. Let cool completely and break into pieces

Notes

  • Stir constantly to avoid burning
  • Use fresh butter for best flavor
  • Let it cool fully before breaking
