Description
Refreshing homemade peach honey jellies made with ripe peaches, honey, lemon juice, and gelatin. These naturally sweet treats are light, fruity, and perfect for warm days.

- 3 cups peeled and sliced peaches
- 1/3 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons unflavored gelatin
- 1/2 cup water
Instructions
- Prepare silicone molds or lightly grease a square pan.
- Blend peaches until completely smooth.
- Mix in honey and lemon juice.
- Add water to a saucepan and sprinkle gelatin over the surface. Let stand for 5 minutes.
- Heat gently over low heat until gelatin dissolves completely.
- Stir in the peach mixture.
- Cook gently for 2 to 3 minutes while stirring.
- Pour mixture into molds or prepared pan.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours until firm.
- Unmold, slice if needed, and serve chilled.

- Use ripe peaches for the best flavor.
- Strain the puree for extra smooth jellies.
- Chill overnight for cleaner slices.
- Store refrigerated in an airtight container.
