Description

Refreshing homemade peach honey jellies made with ripe peaches, honey, lemon juice, and gelatin. These naturally sweet treats are light, fruity, and perfect for warm days.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 cups peeled and sliced peaches
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons unflavored gelatin
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions

  1. Prepare silicone molds or lightly grease a square pan.
  2. Blend peaches until completely smooth.
  3. Mix in honey and lemon juice.
  4. Add water to a saucepan and sprinkle gelatin over the surface. Let stand for 5 minutes.
  5. Heat gently over low heat until gelatin dissolves completely.
  6. Stir in the peach mixture.
  7. Cook gently for 2 to 3 minutes while stirring.
  8. Pour mixture into molds or prepared pan.
  9. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours until firm.
  10. Unmold, slice if needed, and serve chilled.

Notes

  • Use ripe peaches for the best flavor.
  • Strain the puree for extra smooth jellies.
  • Chill overnight for cleaner slices.
  • Store refrigerated in an airtight container.
