Instructions
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat
- Mix mashed potatoes, flour, egg, butter, salt, pepper, and garlic powder until a soft dough forms
- Lightly grease the pan with butter
- Shape small pillow-like pieces from the dough
- Cook in the pan until golden on all sides
- Let them rest briefly
- Serve warm
