Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme


Instructions

  1. Preheat slow cooker to low
  2. Mix broth, cream, garlic, salt, pepper, and thyme
  3. Place chicken, mushrooms, and onion in slow cooker
  4. Pour sauce over ingredients
  5. Cook on low for 5 hours
  6. Stir gently before serving
