Ingredients

  • 500 grams ground beef
  • 8 small tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 small onion finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 cup creamy sauce


Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium high heat.
  2. Mix ground beef with onion, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add olive oil to the skillet.
  4. Press a thin layer of beef onto each tortilla.
  5. Cook tacos beef side down until crispy, then flip and cook the tortilla side.
  6. Add cheese and let it melt.
  7. Top with lettuce, tomatoes, and sauce before serving.

Notes

  • Use fresh tortillas for best results
  • Do not overcrowd the pan
  • Serve immediately for crisp texture
