- 8 small tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 small onion finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 cup creamy sauce
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium high heat.
- Mix ground beef with onion, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add olive oil to the skillet.
- Press a thin layer of beef onto each tortilla.
- Cook tacos beef side down until crispy, then flip and cook the tortilla side.
- Add cheese and let it melt.
- Top with lettuce, tomatoes, and sauce before serving.
