Ingredients

- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup brewed coffee, cooled
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/3 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix oats, coffee, milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until well combined
- Transfer half of the mixture into a jar
- Add a layer of Greek yogurt
- Top with remaining oat mixture
- Cover and refrigerate overnight
- Before serving, dust cocoa powder on top
- Serve chilled and enjoy

- Use strong coffee for richer flavor
