Description

Creamy tiramisu-inspired overnight oats with coffee and cocoa, perfect for an easy make-ahead breakfast


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup brewed coffee, cooled
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix oats, coffee, milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until well combined
  2. Transfer half of the mixture into a jar
  3. Add a layer of Greek yogurt
  4. Top with remaining oat mixture
  5. Cover and refrigerate overnight
  6. Before serving, dust cocoa powder on top
  7. Serve chilled and enjoy

Notes

  • Use strong coffee for richer flavor
  • Adjust sweetness to taste
  • Store up to 3 days in the fridge
