- 1 large bagel, sliced
- 2 large eggs
- 1 slice cheese
- 2 slices beef sausage
- 1 tablespoon butter
Instructions
- Heat a nonstick pan over medium heat.
- Crack eggs into the pan and whisk lightly.
- Place bagel halves cut side down into the egg.
- Add cheese and sausage on top.
- Flip and cook until golden and set.
- Fold egg to fit inside the bagel and serve.
Notes
- Use fresh bagels for best texture
