- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 3 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons green onions, sliced
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 4 cups cooked white rice
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- In a bowl whisk together soy sauce, honey, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, rice vinegar, sesame oil, cornstarch, and water until smooth.
- Lightly oil the skillet if needed.
- Add chicken thighs and cook for 5 to 6 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Pour the teriyaki sauce into the skillet and simmer until thickened and glossy.
- Coat the chicken evenly in the sauce.
- Top with green onions and sesame seeds.
- Serve warm over cooked white rice.
