Crispy wonton nachos loaded with melted cheese, fresh toppings, and bold flavors, perfect for sharing.


Ingredients

  • 20 wonton wrappers
  • 2 cups vegetable oil
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, diced
  • 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons jalapeños, sliced
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup salsa


Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
  2. Fry wonton wrappers in batches until golden and crispy.
  3. Drain on paper towels.
  4. Arrange wonton chips on a baking sheet.
  5. Sprinkle cheddar and mozzarella evenly on top.
  6. Bake at 180°C for 5 minutes until cheese melts.
  7. Add tomatoes, green onions, and jalapeños.
  8. Top with sour cream and salsa.
  9. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Fry in small batches for best results
  • Add toppings just before serving to keep chips crispy
  • Use fresh cheese for better melting
