- 20 wonton wrappers
- 2 cups vegetable oil
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, diced
- 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
- 2 tablespoons jalapeños, sliced
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup salsa
Instructions
- Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
- Fry wonton wrappers in batches until golden and crispy.
- Drain on paper towels.
- Arrange wonton chips on a baking sheet.
- Sprinkle cheddar and mozzarella evenly on top.
- Bake at 180°C for 5 minutes until cheese melts.
- Add tomatoes, green onions, and jalapeños.
- Top with sour cream and salsa.
- Serve immediately.
