Ingredients

  • 200 grams cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract


Instructions

  1. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, cocoa powder, and vanilla until smooth.
  2. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  3. Gently fold whipped cream into the chocolate mixture.
  4. Spoon into serving bowls and smooth the tops.
  5. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.

Notes

  • Use softened cream cheese to avoid lumps
  • Sift cocoa powder for smooth texture
