- 1 cup crushed wafer cookies
- 1 cup finely ground pistachios
- 8 ounces white chocolate, melted
- 12 ounces dark chocolate, melted
- 18 whole pistachios
- 1 cup crushed pistachios
Instructions
- Line a tray with parchment paper.
- Mix pistachio cream, crushed wafer cookies, ground pistachios, and melted white chocolate until combined.
- Refrigerate the mixture for 30 minutes.
- Shape into 18 balls and place one whole pistachio inside each ball.
- Freeze for 15 minutes.
- Dip each ball into melted dark chocolate.
- Roll immediately in crushed pistachios.
- Allow coating to set completely before serving.
