Luxurious homemade Pistachio Ferrero Rocher truffles featuring a creamy pistachio center, crunchy wafer pieces, rich dark chocolate coating, and a crisp pistachio exterior.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup pistachio cream
  • 1 cup crushed wafer cookies
  • 1 cup finely ground pistachios
  • 8 ounces white chocolate, melted
  • 12 ounces dark chocolate, melted
  • 18 whole pistachios
  • 1 cup crushed pistachios


Instructions

  1. Line a tray with parchment paper.
  2. Mix pistachio cream, crushed wafer cookies, ground pistachios, and melted white chocolate until combined.
  3. Refrigerate the mixture for 30 minutes.
  4. Shape into 18 balls and place one whole pistachio inside each ball.
  5. Freeze for 15 minutes.
  6. Dip each ball into melted dark chocolate.
  7. Roll immediately in crushed pistachios.
  8. Allow coating to set completely before serving.
