Description

Light, fluffy no-bake cheesecake cups with rich vanilla flavor, a buttery vanilla wafer base, and a cloud-like creamy texture.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream, cold
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup vanilla wafer crumbs
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup whipped cream, for topping


Instructions

  1. Beat softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Mix vanilla wafer crumbs with melted butter.
  3. Divide crumb mixture evenly among 6 dessert cups.
  4. Whip heavy cream to medium peaks in a separate bowl.
  5. Gently fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  6. Spoon filling into dessert cups over the crumb layer.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  8. Top with whipped cream and serve chilled.

Notes

  • Use softened cream cheese for a smooth filling.
